By participating, you acknowledge and agree that your name, image, voice, likeness, questions, and any statements you make may be recorded, livestreamed, rebroadcast, edited, and used publicly across SiriusJoy platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, replays, and educational content.
No additional compensation will be provided for such use.
Any personal or birth information you voluntarily provide (including chart data or questions) is shared at your own discretion. SiriusJoy is not responsible for information you choose to disclose publicly during the broadcast.
By sharing your email and phone number with us for any registration you agree to receive promotional material from out services.
By submitting this form and selecting “I wish to be entered to win a free reading,” you consent to all on-air Terms and Conditions.
Winners must be present when their name is called, have reliable Wi-Fi, and stay in communication with the team.
Live participation is subject to availability and broadcast flow. Due to volume, your question(s) or on-air appearance may be rescheduled to another live show within the same week.
You will be offered up to two opportunities to join live on air.
If you do not attend or are unavailable for both opportunities, your seat is forfeited and no refund, credit, or reschedule will be issued.
Participants are responsible for joining from a quiet location with reliable internet, adequate lighting, and a compatible device. SiriusJoy is not responsible for missed participation due to technical issues on the participant’s end.
SiriusJoy reserves the right to remove or decline participation from any individual whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or not aligned with the respectful nature of the broadcast.
All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
